"Listen to the musn'ts, child.
Listen to the shouldn'ts, the impossibles, the won'ts. Listen to the never haves, then listen close to me... Anything can happen, child. Anything can be." - Shel Silverstein

About Me

I was born and raised in San Jose California.  As a child of the eighties I had a truly colorful upbringing (clothes included).  I fell in love with dancing at the ripe old age of three.  I broadened my horizons by joining the local theater group called San Jose Children’s Musical Theater at the age of four.  My first time in front of an audience was at the age of four in the production Pipin.  I continued my love for dance and theater through middle school and high school, performing with Encore Performing Arts and Dance Academy USA. During this time I won multiple scholarships at dance conventions; including New York City Dance Alliance and NUVO Dance.  Upon graduating high school I started a dance group with a fellow dancer called Urban Vibe and continued dancing with a company called TDC. After a knee injury I entered a new path and started working in restaurants.  I started as a host and worked my way up to being a manager.  At this time I realized a new passion for the art of cooking.

After working in the restaurant field for almost ten years I took a break to start a family.  The birth of my son was truly a life changing experience for me.  Since then I look at life completely differently, and I am so happy I do.  I see every person as being someones son or daughter and it makes me more compassionate.   I currently am a mother of two and am continuing my education at Notre Dame de Namur.
